Personal information that personally identifies you as an individual is not captured by MediaQ on this site without your permission. This information is typically requested prior to downloading certain documents or software but in all cases the information is only captured when volunteered. Certain documents and software are only made available after you have volunteered personal information and established a user password as part of a registration process. You are able to access all unrestricted documents without registering your personal information.

Use of Information
MediaQ uses personal information volunteered through the registration process to e-mail document and software updates to you. When sensitive documents or software are requested this information is used by MediaQ marketing or sales people to contact you prior to making the documents or software available. In such cases a telephone conversation will result and either a Non Disclosure Agreement or Source Code License Agreement or both will be necessarily executed prior to the release.

Disclosure of Information
MediaQ does not sell, rent or disclose personal information or aggregated non-personally identifiable information to any third parties. MediaQ will however share this information with the appropriate MediaQ sales and marketing personnel who will follow-up with you on the business issues for which it was intended. You will not be contacted by any MediaQ partners as a result of registering your user information at this site unless you specifically request it.

Security
MediaQ employs industry-standard security techniques to protect all volunteered personal information against unauthorized access. Whether the information is stored on a MediaQ server or one owned and maintained by a third party web host service, the information is stored behind a firewall in a secure location.

Modification and Removal of Personal Information
This site provides you the ability to modify your personal information and to remove your name from the general documents update database. You are not allowed to remove your personal information from the database after having received sensitive documents or software however.
